It is feared that Dadi Rachmadi’s statement could lead to street courts.

The figure of a judge like that is not worthy of a career as a hammer judge because in duty he has no conscience and morals, explained Kang Tebe Sukendar.

Kang Tebe Sukendar also questioned the logic of the judge who was praised by the Chairman of the Surabaya District Court. He said that people’s hopes for the court were destroyed because of Ronald Tannur’s acquittal.
“It destroyed the hopes of the people who seek justice in court which damaged the name of the court in the future,” he said.
Kang Tebe Sukendar also agreed that Erituah Damanik was not an arbitrary judge. It’s just that, he continued, he was careless in giving a verdict.
“It’s true that it’s not an arbitrary judge, but it’s arbitrary to make a verdict,” he said.
Previously, reported by detikJatim, Tuesday (7/30/2024), Surabaya District Court (PN) Chairman Dadi Rachmadi said judge Erituah Damanik was not an arbitrary judge. Erituah Damanik is a judge who gave an acquittal to the Dini murder defendant, Ronald Tannur.
Dadi made this praise when he received representatives of the mass demonstration at the Surabaya District Court. Dadi praised judges Erituah Damanik and Heru Hanindyo in particular for their track record.
For example, for judge Erintuah Damanik, Dadi praised Damakin when he sentenced Zuraida to death for killing her husband, a Medan District Court judge named Jamaluddin.
